Once upon a time, there was a castle in a wild place. A king and queen lived there; they loved each other dearly, and were happy.

One day the queen sat down the window. It was winter outside, and very cold, and presently it began to snow. She opened the window and wished in her heart.

“Oh! the king of the star. I am telling my dream tonight; please help me that my wish is come true. I want a child as red as cherries, as white as snow, and as black as night”

And her wish came true, for in the course of time she had a daughter, the most beautiful baby girl that ever was seen. She was called Snow-white, for her skin was white as snow; also her lips were red as cherries, and her hair as black as night.

But, the poor queen died when she was born.

After a year, the king married again. His new bride was very young and beautiful lady in the whole world.

Nobody told him that she had a proud heart and greedy; jealous temper. Nobody mentioned that.

Now the queen had a magic mirror, which hung on her bedroom wall.

Sometimes, she whisper into the glass, sweetly, pleasantly,

“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the loveliest one of all?”

And mirror as magical voice always answered,

“You are the loveliest.”

Then the proud queen was satisfied.

But Snow-white was growing prettier and prettier.

One day, when the queen looked in the mirror and asked as usual,
“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the loveliest one of all?”
The mirror answered,
“Queen, you are lovely, it is true, but Snow-white is also lovely!”
Then the queen was horribly shocked. Her beautiful face turned yellow with envy and rage, and from that moment she hated Snow-white with all her heart.

The angry queen called princess Snow-white and she made her to do house work every day.

“Snow-white, you are enough for growing now. You should clean the kitchen, outside of castle and washes for everyone from now. “
Snow-white had to do a lot of house works that the queen ordered every day. But she had grown up prettier than before even she worked very hard.

Next day, the king found out the truth that his lovely daughter had been house working while he was with busy days. He became angry; it was a first time he mad of queen.

She was so depressed, so she asked her magic mirror again.
“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the loveliest one of all?”
And the mirror answered,
“Queen, I really disappointed of you. You are not a loveliest. Princess Snow-white is loveliest in the world.”
The queen failed to repress her fulminating anger and threw the mirror, and it was smashed into pieces.

Snow-white missed her mother, so she went to the forest and walked for a long time. It was already evening, and one star shone in the patch of sky above the trees. There in front of her stood a little house, with a neat garden all round.

She knocked on the door. Nobody answered….still nobody…. She turned the handle and walked in.

Inside, a table was laid with seven little knives and forks, seven little leaves on seven little plates, seven little glasses of wine and a rose in a vase. Around the table were seven little chairs and along one wall were seven little beds.

She looked at the rose,

“Oh, what a pretty rose here~”
She tried to touch this rose. At that time, seven dwarfs came into their home and firstly they saw the Snow-white is trying to touch the rose in vase. And a youngest little dwarf shouted,
“No! Please don’t touch that rose!”
Snow-white said,
“Oh, I am sorry. I just thought that is so pretty…..”
“Who are you?”
“I am a princess from the castle near here, but my stepmother queen hate me…..I missed my mom, so I came to this forest for a walk…..and just found your lovely house”
“Oh, that is so sad…princess, if you will keep house for us, cook, clean, wash, sew and knit, you may stay with us and we will look after you always.”
Princess didn’t worry about it, because she already learnt housework from stepmother queen, so she just accepted dwarf’s offer.

Snow-white and seven dwarfs became one family. They were all happy together.

At that time in the castle, the king thought Snow-white is disappeared, so he sent all his soldiers into the forest to look for Snow-white, but she was nowhere to be found. So everyone went into mourning for her, and many bitter tears were shed. Everyone thought Snow-white is dead. But, only one person, the queen was happy for it.

Dwarf Frank fallen in love since he lived with Snow-white. He really liked her white skin and her clear eyes. He didn’t want to lose her, so he said,

“When we go to work, keep the door locked, and don’t buy anything from anyone.”

One day, while the seven dwarfs went work, an old lady came and knocked the door, and said,
“Ripe apples for sale!”
Snow-white opened the window.
“I’m sorry, I don’t like an apple.”
The old lady picked up the biggest apple and she cut it in half and ate the green half. Then, she held out the poisoned rosy-red half and said,
“Have a piece of my sweet, this is free for you. Juicy apple! You can try first~”
She seemed kind, so Snow-white reached out and took it. But, when she bit into the apple, she fell down as if she were dead.

The old lady was a witch, she was lonely lady and just wanted interesting happens in her life. She put whammy on seven princes and they became dwarf. Seven princes thought their body is shame, so they escaped and hide at this place. But, seven dwarfs can return back to princes when one of the princes kissed with someone before a rose in a vale is wilted and dropped.

The seven dwarfs came home and found Snow-white lying on the floor. They tried to wake her, but they could not. So they made a glass coffin for her and placed it high on a hill. They took turns to guard it, and for a long time Snow-white lay there, still as lovely as ever.

Few days after, Frank missed her, so he couldn’t do anything. He went to the hill and opened the coffin, and kissed on her lips, and said,

“I love you…….please wake up..... i need you....”
And finally the last petal of the rose dropped on the table.
Then, surprisingly the seven dwarfs returned back to princes and Princess Snow-white opened her eyes.

And, she said,

“Where am I?”
How happy they all were! Prince Frank asked Snow-white to marry him, and she said,
“Yes, you saved me.”

Then, she went back to his father king with Frank; she talked about all about her stories from the forest. The king said to Frank,
“Thank you. You can take my lovely daughter as your wife. Please be happy together.”

And then, When Frank took her to his father’s castle, everyone began to get ready for the wedding.

Snow-white was a real loveliest bride never ever seen before.

Frank and Snow-white, and six princes, all lived happily ever after.
